The cottage style garden contains a variety of old world flowers and shrubs providing blooms all the year around. The original garden was established around 1950 and many of the original trees still exist.

OAKDENE GARDENS & Museum

Nestled in a bushland setting this garden features dry rock walls with rhododendrons, camellias and azaleas flowering during Spring. Old implements dot the garden with a museum being a centrepiece of this restful, bird friendly place.

HIGHVIEW GARDENS & NURSERY

CANICE GARDEN

MARA PONDS

An opportunity to ramble among newly formed perennial gardens artistically designed around two stream fed ponds. A walk through natural bush with ferns, native peppers and eucalypts is an extension of the garden.

NORTHEAST PARK—SCOTTSDALE

A relaxing place to picnic and stroll around. This park has been a community project for generations and displays native plants as well as rhododendrons. Several ponds form the basis of this park.

OPEN: All times, free entry.
